Order Processing

  • Verification: Every order undergoes a clinical verification of the prescription (Rx) provided. If we find any discrepancies, we will contact you via email or phone.
  • Production Time: Since glasses are custom-made medical devices, please allow 7 to 10 business days for production and quality control before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via [Carrier Name, e.g., USPS/FedEx]. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after the production period.
  • In-Store Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order at our physical location at no extra cost. We will notify you via email as soon as your glasses are ready.

International Shipping
