30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery (or in-store pickup) to return your glasses for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Manufacturing Defects: If there is an error in the prescription or a defect in the frame/lenses, we will provide a 100% refund or a one-time replacement at no cost.
  • Change of Mind/Style: For returns due to personal preference, we offer a 50% refund (excluding shipping) or a 100% store credit for a new pair.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth.

How to Start a Return

  1. Online: Contact our support team at [Email Address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. In-Store: You may bring your glasses directly to our physical store. Please bring your digital receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used on the Site.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and accessories (cleaning kits, individual cases) are non-refundable.
